Prepare the Shipment

Ship the Product
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our designated distribution center, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
